This position is centered around providing support and supervision for the eMotor and Inverter supplier directly at their location, emphasizing the industrialization of products. Key responsibilities include:
- Refining Engineering Design approval processes at the supplier's facility
- Enhancing Project Management frameworks
- Delivering technical guidance on Production Assembly Line Operations
- Establishing design standards and best practices
- Facilitating the implementation of ePowertrain systems
- Engaging with cross-functional teams for collaborative efforts
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in the development of EMotor and Inverter technologies
- Proficient understanding of mechanical design and High Voltage ePowertrain systems
- Practical experience in automotive product development
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Desired Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong collaborative skills
- Fluency in Italian
- Capability to effectively challenge and convey technical information
