Key Responsibilities- Provide plant-wide maintenance services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Support departmental operations and ensure that all production targets are met.
- Monitor and supply engineering support for machine set-up and changeovers to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a high degree of health and safety awareness and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Recognized engineering apprenticeship and qualification or equivalent (e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above).
