Job Description

**Job Title:** Technical Service Engineer - Industrial Automation

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Primaire Consulting Ltd. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers on our client's products and services
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for our client's engineering systems and solutions
  • Liaise with the R&D division to investigate complex technical problems and come up with quick solutions
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support to our client's engineers
  • Assist with the SAT or FAT systems and commissioning
  • Deliver training courses to end-users and customers on our client's products and services

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering
  • Wide knowledge of PC and Server Hardware/Operating Systems
  • Experience in programming languages such as SQL, C, C++, or Visual Basics
  • History of working with DCS and industrial process control systems
  • Proven track record of PLC programming (IEC)/PLC Hardware
