OCS Group UK is seeking a dedicated Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the helpdesk operations, ensuring the seamless execution of planned maintenance, on-demand, and specialized cleaning services. Your support will be essential for the Regional Operations teams, fostering a professional and customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the helpdesk through various communication channels during operational hours.
  • Assist regional operations teams by directing inquiries and issues to the appropriate regions while relaying information back to clients and suppliers.
  • Utilize a variety of business systems, including communication tools and in-house management platforms, to facilitate operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases of work activities and provide regular, accurate reports on client performance to management.
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery by implementing improvement initiatives as needed.
