IT Service Transition Manager

Are you an ITIL expert looking for a challenging role in service transition? We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Transition Manager to join our team at OCC Computer Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed transition plans for each project delivery, outlining activities, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Identify risks and facilitate effective communication between Delivery Teams, Technical Teams, Service Operations, Business Stakeholders, and Senior management teams regarding service transition activities, progress, and issues.
  • Perform performance monitoring and reporting to ensure seamless service transition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing IT service transition projects and ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service transition and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira.
  • UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required for this position.
