As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Quarsh, you will be supporting the Group Marketing team and getting involved with activities such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and digital marketing.

  • **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:** Work alongside the Group Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • **Manage Digital Presence:** Manage and optimize our digital presence through SEO, SEM, and social media to ensure a strong online presence.
  • **Create Engaging Content:** Create engaging and compelling content for multiple platforms, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • **Analyze Website Traffic:** Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • **Deliver Monthly Reports:** Deliver monthly reports on website traffic data to stakeholders.
  • **Collaborate with External Agencies:** Work with external agencies across all digital channels to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • **Maintain Brand Identity:** Ensure that the Quarsh brand and identity are adhered to in all communication channels.
  • **Support Group Marketing Manager:** Support the Group Marketing Manager as required to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • **Requirements:**
    • Experience in marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMRUSH, Mailchimp, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
