About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Resilience Coxswain and Mechanic to join our team at the RNLI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lifesaving services in North Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on our lifesaving equipment and vehicles.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our crew members.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement strategies for improving our lifesaving services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience as a Coxswain and Mechanic in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanics and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
