About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to lead our esteemed care home in Swansea, South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and career progression
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and services that meet the needs of older adults
