About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Swansea, South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Drive business growth and excellence through effective leadership and management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
