About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Optometrist to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As an Optometrist, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and creating a memorable experience for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Screen patients and provide coaching and training to the wider team
- Help maintain standards on the department and develop new patient services
- Work in partnership with an Optical Manager to create an environment that combines clinical and operational excellence
- Support the development of new services to meet the needs of our customers
About You
We are looking for a fully qualified Optometrist who is registered with the GOC and a registered performer with their NHS area team or health board. You should be MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months of joining Asda) and on track to meet the statutory points requirement for CPD.
