Your Role:

In the capacity of Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be integral to our dynamic production team, overseeing daily operations from planning to dispatch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the effective execution of the production plan by managing resources to meet targets.
  • Fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement and enhancing performance.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in relevant manufacturing processes, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • A commitment to Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • A Level 4 HNC qualification is advantageous.
