We are seeking a Lead Architectural Technician to become part of a reputable architectural practice. This position will focus on significant projects, particularly in the areas of façade design and building retrofitting. Our client is currently expanding and has a varied range of projects across multiple sectors, including residential, educational, healthcare, and sustainable design. They are engaged in notable façade improvement initiatives and various retrofitting assignments, presenting a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging in façade, cladding, and retrofitting projects
  • Creating planning and technical drawing sets
  • Utilizing Revit software regularly
  • Interfacing with clients and conducting site visits as required
  • Formulating design-oriented solutions to project challenges
  • Possessing on-site experience
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Qualified Architectural Technician or Architect
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Robust technical expertise
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience in retrofitting projects
  • Preferred background in façade and cladding work
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations
