The main goal of this role is to guarantee high-quality refrigeration services, ensuring both reactive and proactive tasks are executed in accordance with the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators.

Ensuring that the operational teams consistently adhere to current Health, Safety & Environmental regulations. Actively managing each contract and fostering relationships to fulfill the needs and goals of both the client and our organization. Overseeing the utilization of refrigerants to ensure that all objectives are met. Managing store conditions or predictive work orders to illustrate a continuous decrease in reactive demands. Assisting in all store handover discussions following capital investments. Analyzing all internal Management Information (MI) reports and taking appropriate actions. Conducting store condition evaluations before and after significant Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in high-demand stores. Ensuring all monthly PPM completion goals are met. Reviewing and addressing all exceptions noted in the store condition / predictive and pack status management information. Performing and documenting monthly on-site quality assessments of completed PPM tasks. Performing and documenting monthly on-site quality assessments of completed Case Maintenance tasks. Maintaining clear and effective communication at all levels, both internally and externally. Ensuring that all practices and participants comply with established standards and processes. Proactively managing the operational execution of each contract in collaboration with the customer and nurturing the relationship between the organization and the client. Managing annual leave distribution to maintain optimal resource levels at all times, particularly during peak trading periods for clients. Monitoring and enhancing engineering productivity. Demonstrated expertise in the refrigeration engineering services sector and the evolving expectations of our clients. Proven understanding of trans and sub-critical CO2 refrigeration systems alongside conventional applications. Capability to identify root causes and resolve issues in high-demand stores. Experience with all refrigeration machinery, controls, and associated networks. Ability to devise technical solutions and implement them as necessary. Comprehension of the technical requirements essential for managing a multidisciplinary team. Awareness of F-Gas regulations and possession of a current Cat 1 F-Gas Certificate. Ability to identify ongoing, unresolved issues through Management Information (MI) data. Skill in building effective partnerships with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally. Excellent customer service skills, adept at understanding business objectives and working environments. Ability to determine the most suitable course of action based on management information and logical assumptions reflecting factual data.
