The primary aim of this role is to guarantee the excellence of refrigeration systems, ensuring both reactive and proactive tasks are executed in accordance with the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators.

- Ensuring that operational teams consistently adhere to current Health, Safety & Environmental regulations.
- Actively managing each contract and relationship to fulfill the expectations and goals of both the client and our organization.
- Overseeing the utilization of refrigerants to meet all established targets.
- Managing store conditions or predictive work orders to illustrate a continuous decrease in reactive demands.
- Assisting in all store handover discussions following capital investments.
- Analyzing all internal Management Information reports and taking necessary actions.
- Conducting store condition assessments before and after significant Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in high-demand stores.
- Ensuring that all monthly PPM completion goals are met.
- Reviewing and addressing all exceptions highlighted in the store condition / predictive and pack status management information.
- Performing and documenting monthly on-site quality evaluations of completed PPM tasks.
- Conducting and documenting monthly on-site quality evaluations of finished Case Maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ensuring that all practices and participants adhere to established standards and processes.
- Proactively managing the operational execution of each contract in collaboration with the customer and nurturing the relationship between the organization and the client.
- Overseeing annual leave distribution to maintain optimal resource levels, particularly during peak trading periods.
- Monitoring and enhancing engineering productivity.
- Ensuring that engineering teams consistently prioritize safety.

- Demonstrated expertise in the refrigeration engineering services sector and an understanding of evolving client expectations.
- Proven knowledge of trans and sub-critical CO2 refrigeration systems, in addition to traditional applications.
- The capability to identify root causes and resolve issues in high-demand stores.
- Experience with all refrigeration equipment, controls, and related networks.
- The ability to devise technical solutions and implement them as necessary.
- Understanding of the technical requirements essential for managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Awareness of F-Gas regulations and possession of a current Cat 1 F-Gas Certificate.
- The ability to identify ongoing, unresolved issues through Management Information (MI) data.
- The capability to cultivate effective partnerships with relevant individuals both internally and externally.
- Excellent customer service skills, with an understanding of business objectives and working environments.
- The ability to determine the most suitable course of action based on management information and logical reasoning reflecting factual data.
