Job Title: Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Salt Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing user acquisition strategies across digital platforms to drive growth and revenue for our clients in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across digital platforms, including social media, search, and app store.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create compelling content that attracts new users to our clients' apps.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop targeted marketing strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of success in user acquisition, app conversion optimization, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including app marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home or in our London office.
