The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst to join our teams in the UK, working on life and pension products. The successful candidate will be responsible for robustly testing the BαNCS systems from a business perspective, ensuring a smooth delivery into production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage test execution for key areas, forming relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementation.
  • Manage and liaise with senior managers, both internal and external, to ensure the delivery of accountabilities in line with Diligenta's values.
  • Complete test scripting phases to quality, productivity, and timeline targets across programmes.
  • Manage and test critical and complex areas requiring senior attention, ensuring defects are resolved with stakeholder buy-in.
  • Manage dependencies, both internal and external, and encourage personal development and growth of staff.

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of life, pensions, and annuities products and regulations.
  • Understanding of L&P administration systems and processes, both user-facing and internally.
  • Expert test system knowledge and experience, including administration, risk management, and test planning.
  • Experience in a project environment.
