Business Analyst Opportunity at Computershare

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our global team within Computershare Issuer Services. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in creating customer-oriented solutions aligned to our overall Computershare and Technology strategy and values.

About the Role

This position sits within a cross-functional Agile delivery team, working closely with development teams to provide high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for writing clear User Stories, becoming a domain expert within your business line, and ensuring the backlog is balanced and represents items demanded across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write high-quality, clear User Stories
  • Become a domain expert within your business line and associated systems
  • Ensure backlog is balanced and represents items demanded across multiple business units
  • Work with Business Owner to constantly maintain a prioritized Product Backlog
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of working with development squads in a complex environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential to build relationships with both technical and non-technical people from all levels across our business.
