Financial Services Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our dynamic team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our fee-based advice services to high net worth clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our Financial Advisers to ensure an efficient and seamless service
  • Data gathering and preparation of fact-finding documents for financial planning meetings
  • Ensuring client records and fact-finds are accurately updated on our back-office system
  • Logging onto provider platforms to process applications and track progress
  • Preparing comprehensive financial plans and cash flow forecasts
  • Ensuring new business submissions are correctly recorded on our back-office system

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • A working knowledge of the regulated Financial Services Industry
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services admin role, with familiarity with industry terminology
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
