Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Media and Omni to lead our media strategy, planning, and execution. This role requires a visionary leader with a robust background in econometrics planning, media mix modeling, and omni-channel integration. The Head of Media will be instrumental in driving media productivity, connection planning, and media negotiations to optimize our media investments and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product, Data Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive media strategy and seamless partner experience.
  • Craft and implement a holistic media strategy that aligns with Fresha's business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize econometrics and media mix modeling to forecast and evaluate the impact of media investments across various channels.
  • Ensure seamless integration of media efforts across all channels, enhancing the overall customer journey.
  • Develop and execute connection plans that effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  • Oversee the development of detailed media plans, manage copy rotation, drive media productivity through rigorous analysis and optimization, and manage relationships with external media agencies.
  • Lead negotiations with media vendors to secure the best rates and value for Fresha.
  • Oversee and optimize programmatic media buying to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of media trends and leverage analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective segmentation strategies to target and engage diverse customer segments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in applying econometrics and media mix modeling to optimize media spend.
  • Strong background in developing and executing omni-channel media strategies.
  • Expertise in connection and media planning, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive media productivity and achieve cost efficiencies, extensive experience in negotiating with media vendors and securing favorable terms.
  • Proficient in leveraging media analytics and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Skilled in developing and executing segmentation strategies, proven ability to manage and collaborate with external media agencies.
  • Strong understanding and experience in programmatic media buying and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
