Branch Manager - Estate Agency

At Peter Alan, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Chepstow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven manager or established estate agent looking to progress their career and take on a new challenge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximise the overall income and profitability of your branch
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance and targets
  • Optimise every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career

Requirements:
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
