About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a senior member of the finance team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our finance operations and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Management Accountants and overseeing the month-end process. You will also be involved in process improvement projects, such as the supplier setup process, and will act as the main point of contact for Audit. Additionally, you will oversee PAYE & Payroll accounting, maintain fixed asset registers, balance sheet reconciliations, and purchase ledger.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong background in management accounts. Ideally, you will have experience in audit and multi-site experience is a bonus. You may be currently in a Finance Manager position or a Management Accountant role and looking for the next step up.
