We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in understanding our customers' business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Work closely with our sales teams and business architects to understand customer business objectives and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with industry specialists and business value engineers to develop solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Customer Engagement: Lead workshops and discovery engagements with clients to understand their business processes and value drivers.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to sales teams and respond to customer inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on IFS products and services, including roadmaps and product enhancements.
- Communication: Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and demonstrations to support sales efforts.
- Education: University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Experience: Deep experience in solution development, presenting software applications, and business process mapping at a senior level.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of business practices within relevant industries.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Business Process Strategy: Experience in developing business process strategy and enterprise architecture.
