Job Title: Intermediate Estimator

Vickerstock is pleased to be working in partnership with a leading Construction Contractor on the appointment of an Estimator.

About the Role

As an Intermediate Estimator, you will work on tenders for Construction and Fit-out projects, producing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and conducting take-offs. You will also review quotations, assess tender drawings and documentation, and utilize estimating software such as Estimate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on tenders for Construction and Fit-out projects
  • Produce BoQs and conduct take-offs
  • Review quotations
  • Assess tender drawings and documentation
  • Utilize estimating software such as Estimate
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Construction or Fit-out
  • Experience with construction methods
  • Prior experience pricing projects over £1 million in value
  • Experience with estimating software such as Estimate
