Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Nurse Specialist to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomous Clinical Practice: Work independently to deliver specialist clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions, based on evidence-based principles and best practices.
  • Care Programme Development: Assess, develop, and implement comprehensive care programmes for patients, including home oxygen therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, psychological interventions, and medication reviews.
  • Clinical Decision Making: Interpret and analyze clinical and non-clinical tests to inform accurate assessments and suitability for the Hospital at Home scheme, and coordinate appropriate services to ensure safe transfer of care to the community.
