Job Title: Social Media Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Team Manager to join our team at Navigator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of optimizers who will be responsible for the running and success of our clients' campaigns across DSPs such as Facebook and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of optimizers to ensure the success of our clients' campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize and improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Optimization to ensure maximum campaign performance for maximum margin
  • Proven track record of increasing the performance of advertising campaigns and meeting client expectations
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok advertising
  • Digital advertising expertise with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentational
  • Performance-driven, high analytical, strong commercial mindset with organizational and project management skills
