About the Role
Tesco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our pharmacy team, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality healthcare services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure that we deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to develop and implement business plans and objectives.
- Ensure that all pharmacy services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws.
