We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Medical Secretary to join our esteemed endoscopy team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities and serve as a role model in the realm of endoscopy nursing, particularly in intricate therapeutic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical care approximately 80% of the time, while dedicating 20% to non-clinical responsibilities.
- Collaborate with senior endoscopy personnel to enhance and provide therapeutic endoscopy services, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care.
- Utilize research and evidence-based practices, alongside national and local protocols, to inform service delivery.
- Engage in the education and evaluation of junior staff, ensuring all relevant competencies in endoscopy are met with a patient-centered approach.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care pathways for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, such as ERCP and EUS, making necessary adjustments to practice as required.
