- Take the lead on area of professional practice for the team and support colleagues in their work.
- Operate flexibly to meet the needs of families, including working out of normal office hours when required.
We're looking for an experienced and skilled professional who can demonstrate a strong understanding of family dynamics and the complexities of working with disadvantaged families. You will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant thematic specialism, and a proven track record of building and sustaining positive professional relationships with individuals and families.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using supervision appropriately to ensure effective interventions for families. You will also be able to work in partnership with others to maximise outcomes for families, and have a solution-focused approach to supporting families to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
