Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with families to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to families to help them overcome complex challenges and achieve positive change.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to family support.
  • Manage your own caseload and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of families.
  • Take the lead on area of professional practice for the team and support colleagues in their work.
  • Operate flexibly to meet the needs of families, including working out of normal office hours when required.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced and skilled professional who can demonstrate a strong understanding of family dynamics and the complexities of working with disadvantaged families. You will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant thematic specialism, and a proven track record of building and sustaining positive professional relationships with individuals and families.

You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using supervision appropriately to ensure effective interventions for families. You will also be able to work in partnership with others to maximise outcomes for families, and have a solution-focused approach to supporting families to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
