We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Assistant Director: Asset Management. This is a key role that will play a vital part in shaping our culture, organisation, and impact on healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement key priorities for the GMC, including the People Plan and increasing diversity in the workforce.
- Lead high-performing teams and make a major corporate contribution to a national regulator.
- Champion organisational culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Resources to shape the GMC's strategy and policy.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification (Chartered CIPD) and deep HR expertise.
- Ability to shape policy and strategy, lead teams, and make a corporate contribution.
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Politically astute and able to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
