Repair Manager Opportunity

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Repair Manager to join our client's team on an interim basis in the West Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee responsive repairs and void projects for local authority properties across the West Midlands region.
  • Manage a team of multiskilled operatives to deliver high-quality repairs within strict time constraints.
  • Ensure project management completion within budgets.
  • Manage resources to optimize the efficiency of the local authority.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous and recent local authority or housing association experience with repairs and maintenance management or surveying.
  • Problem-solving mentality.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Valid driving license.
  • In-depth operational experience with contractors and projects.
