About the Role

CleanTech Talent is seeking an experienced Ecologist Project Manager to join their team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of the consultancy, you will play a crucial role in managing projects and ensuring the success of junior ecologists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecology, with experience in habitat surveys, protected species surveys, and survey design. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and junior staff.

This is a new role, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the position and contribute to the growth of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, collaboration with resource coordinators, liaison with assistant project managers, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and coordination
  • Liaison with clients and junior ecologists
  • Collaboration with resource coordinators and assistant project managers
  • Production and review of quotes and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in ecology or a related field
  • Experience in habitat surveys, protected species surveys, and survey design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
