Role Overview
We are in search of a skilled workshop and field service engineer to join our dynamic Positioning Team. You will be an excellent collaborator while also capable of working independently when necessary. Flexibility in your approach and a willingness to assist in ensuring our fleet operates efficiently are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver service support for Company Operated Vessels. Adhere to maintenance schedules and conduct field-based troubleshooting and board-level diagnostics. Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and contractors. Install equipment on vessels and integrate with other systems. Prepare, test, and package equipment for dispatch to vessels. Provide remote technical support to vessels, including potential out-of-hours assistance. Test and repair equipment as needed. Manage asset movement and prepare shipping documentation.Desired Qualifications:
HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in electronics or electrical engineering. Familiarity with installing marine electronics such as VHF, HF, AIS, Radar, telemetry, computer systems, GPS, etc. High level of computer and IT proficiency. Previous experience in the oil and gas sector is advantageous.What We Offer:

Full-time position: The role of Marine Electronics Engineer is full-time (37.5 hours per week).
