Job Title: HSE Officer

Wellington Professional Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to join our client's team in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's health, safety, and environmental processes are managed effectively.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Director to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive Health, Safety, and Environmental experience.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and internal clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% between the Isle of Man and Scotland.
  • A working knowledge of company drug and alcohol policy.
  • The ability to work with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
