Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, and coordinating works with the Contracts Manager and Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, supervise, and coordinate on-site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage staff and resources to optimize project performance and quality control.
- Develop and implement traffic management plans to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor daily progress and provide reports aligned with the works schedule.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and site audits to promote safety and best practices.
- Liaise with clients and statutory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Third Level Qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Site Engineer in the civil engineering sector.
- Experience in the road surfacing industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and techniques, with a focus on groundworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
