Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager or established estate agent looking to progress and take on their first branch management appointment in residential sales.

About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance and targets set. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
