About the Role

As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be expected to optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to drive sales growth

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
