Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Asset Engineer to join our team at Egis Group. As a key member of our water division, you will be responsible for providing technical direction to our discipline engineers and ensuring the quality, safety, and technical standards of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Review and Quality Management: Review drawings and models to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
  • Project Delivery and Risk Management: Lead the efficient delivery of projects, manage risks, and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Technical Expertise and Bid Management: Provide technical expertise for interdisciplinary analytical studies, lead on quality management, and contribute to bid management and tender production.
  • Team Management and Collaboration: Contribute to the resourcing and management of local and wider teams, work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, and take on additional responsibilities to support the wider Water business.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Extensive experience working in the UK Water sector, demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, strong client management skills, and experience in strategic planning and execution of projects.
  • Education and Competence: Degree in a Civil engineering discipline or equivalent level of knowledge through relevant experience, and competence in practical Civil design experience in the water/wastewater industry environment.
