We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Personal Assistant to support our 10-year-old daughter Erin, who has Phelan-McDermid syndrome, a rare genetic disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to Erin, enabling her to participate in various activities and outings.
  • Assist Erin with daily tasks, ensuring her safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with Erin's family to ensure a smooth and supportive environment.
  • Drive Erin to appointments and activities, using a wheelchair when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with limited verbal skills.
  • Physical ability to push a wheelchair and engage in outdoor activities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
