Job Title: Female Personal Assistants – CWNCL

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate female personal assistants to provide support to a disabled woman who is a wheelchair user. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic tasks, and accompanying her to social events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and ironing
  • Accompanying the client to social events, such as choir events, cinema, and theatre
  • Providing support with daily living tasks, such as getting in and out of bed
Requirements:
  • Female applicants only
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment
  • Full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:

The successful candidates will be required to work a minimum of 1-2 shifts per week, with flexibility to work across the full week. The shifts will include:

  • Mondays: 9am-6pm
  • Saturday/Sunday: 6.30pm-10.30am (includes overnight)
Pay and Benefits:

The hourly rate is £12.50, with a sleepover rate of £84.00. Holiday pay of 28 days pro-rata is paid, and all expenses related to the role will be covered, except travel to and from the place of work.
