About the Role

DaVita International is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our global team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and provide commentary on international country forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Coordinate country submissions to DaVita International Headquarters and provide group finance with the required insight and understanding of financial results.
  • Continually simplify and improve financial reporting projects to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and build Anaplan models as required, with training provided for new system users.
  • Work with Essbase and Hyperion to support business intelligence analyses and provide actionable insights.
  • Respond to country-related queries and provide timely support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and contribute to the development of strategic financial plans.
  • Support deal valuation modeling and assist with M&A due diligence work as needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc support, including data pulls in Excel for management reports and board papers.
Your Profile
  • Experience working in a Corporate Finance or FP&A team in a similar role for a multi-national organization, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrable experience building and presenting financial models from scratch.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight turnaround times.
  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
  • Naturally curious with an accurate, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfortable using the MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • ACCA or CIMA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools such as Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan, Oracle, BI tools would be highly advantageous.
