Job Opportunity: Security Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a leading shopping complex in the South East, providing high standards of security and customer service to visitors and clients.

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience working in a retail environment and holding a valid SIA license. You will be able to work unsupervised, take responsibility for your actions, and remain calm under pressure.

We are looking for someone who is able to:

  • Interact with visitors and tenants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Carry out regular patrols to ensure the security of the site
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and protocols
  • Provide assistance to third-party contractors and respond to incidents in a timely manner
  • Maintain constant monitoring of radio systems and regularly liaise with the management team

This is a 40-hour per week role, with a shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off, working days (7am - 7pm). If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
