We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Community Nurse to join our established team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Children's Community Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to children and their families within the community and hospital setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to children and their families, providing support and advice as needed.
  • Act as a role model in the delivery of patient care, leading, supporting, supervising, and teaching staff.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, promoting child-focused, family-centered care.

Person Specification
  • Essential:
    • Proven experience at Band 5 in acute Paediatric setting.
    • Experience relating to area of practice.
    • Mentoring of students.
    • Evidence of managing and improving patient experience.
  • Desirable:
    • BSc Community Specialist Practice / Recognised course in relevant area of practice.
