Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled High Net Worth Underwriter to join our team at Chubb. As an Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting new and existing business accounts, delivering exceptional service to our broker partners, and contributing to the growth and success of our High Net Worth Underwriting Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transactional Underwriting:
    • Underwrite new and renewal business up to authority limits
    • Round out existing accounts and cross-sell other business classes
    • Manage underwriting queries
    • Develop a strong understanding of large risk underwriting
  • Broker Management:
    • Full management of designated broker panel
    • Utilize management information systems for data analysis
    • Proactively manage broker relationships
    • Implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Sales Disciplines:
    • Collaborate with Sales Development Manager on new business conversion
    • Monitor and pursue target quotes for increased conversion rates
    • Maximize retention and new business opportunities with broker partners
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HNW motor or household insurance
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
