Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with industry experts to deliver innovative electrical design solutions for a wide range of built-environment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initial engineering concepts and deliver detailed designs and specifications
  • Support the development of engineering solutions and systems within the built environment
  • Conduct site surveys and investigations to ensure designs are implemented effectively
  • Prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with standards and best practice
  • Inspect installations to review progress, quality, and performance
Requirements:
  • Prior experience at a multi-disciplinary building services or engineering consultancy
  • Proficiency in software packages such as AutoCAD, Amtech, BIM, Relux, Dialux, and IES
  • Professional qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • Working towards or a Member or Associate of Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE)
  • Clear understanding of electrical building services design, installation, testing, and commissioning
