Human Resources Consultant Role

A distinguished organization, recognized for its excellence in children's services, is in search of a Human Resources Consultant to enhance their team. This position offers a competitive annual salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing employee documentation
  • Facilitating meetings and providing comprehensive note-taking assistance
  • Effectively managing priorities
  • Supporting Payroll functions
  • Drafting and sending offer letters, rejection notifications, and communications regarding disciplinary hearings
  • Assisting the HR Business Partner in various tasks

Candidate Profile: The successful applicant should possess proven experience in HR, ideally holding a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification. This role is primarily office-based, with some travel required. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.

Benefits: The role includes 25 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, free onsite parking, and the provision of a company mobile phone and laptop.
