Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MMT Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing a structured development program leading to NVQ Level 3 Manufacturing Engineering and a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trained extensively in fully automated production equipment, including Electrical and Mechanical practices, Pneumatics, PLC control, and Robotics.
  • Provide technical support to Manufacturing and ensure the optimum performance of equipment and technical issues.
  • Trained in providing breakdown and preventative maintenance.
  • Contribute to the overall team/departmental strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
  • Participate in the day-to-day activities of the team and work effectively as a team member to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Meet performance measures and KPI's set for you and your team.
  • Communicate effectively with members of your team and other parts of the business.
  • Participate in training opportunities.
Requirements
  • 4 GCSE's Grade C's including Maths and English and at least one Science Subject.
  • BTEC Level 3 in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication and Organization skills.
  • Ability to show a genuine interest in learning and development.
