About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our team at Pro-Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients in the charities and not-for-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients in the charities and not-for-profit sector.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to meet client needs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Oversee the completion of audit assignments, including assessing controls, systems, and planning.
  • Manage team and individual budgets and performance objectives.
  • Contribute to business development and identify new clients and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA with proven experience in the charities and not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience of leading and managing audit teams.
  • Track record in business development and contributing to proposal delivery.
  • Experience working with software such as Microsoft, Caseware, Digita, Practice Engine, Sage, Xero.
