Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Security Systems Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Field Security Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Security and/or Fire systems throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service and maintenance of Security and Fire based systems at client's commercial sites around the UK, including working within HMP establishments & MOD sites.
  2. Offering technical advice and support.
  3. Ensuring all work aspects are carried out to a professional high standard.
  4. Being well presented, having good communication skills, and the ability to apply yourself to different situations.
  5. Promote good internal working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  6. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota and work overtime as required.
  7. Carrying out duties in line with both SSAIB and BAFE requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience of installation, service, or commissioning of a wide range of Security systems including IP/Analogue CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire detection, and network infrastructure.
  2. Ability to work closely with fellow employees and management.
  3. Demonstrate an enthusiastic, confident, and determined approach.
  4. Full UK driving licence.
  5. Willingness to travel.
  6. Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of IP-based systems.
  7. DBS Enhanced security clearance within MOJ and MOD establishments and sites (the above clearances would be beneficial if currently held but not a necessity as the processes can be arranged for the successful candidate).
