About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FX Sales Associate to join our team at Fintech-Rec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of corporations, institutions, and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other salespersons across the network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams supporting the FX business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding) to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the AFM and adhere to the operational risk framework for your role.
  • Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required, and escalate risk events immediately.
  • Provide input to risk management processes, as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in FX Sales, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
