Children's Wellbeing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children's Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at HC-One Scotland. As a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality wellbeing activities and support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a person-centred approach to care, focusing on life story work and meaningful occupation.
- Use a bespoke Wellbeing Assessment Tool to inform and evaluate wellbeing activity, ensuring residents receive the best possible support.
- Attend Case Review Meetings to report on Personal Wellbeing Plans and wellbeing activity, driving continuous improvement.
